Summer 2013 Color Trends
Hey everyone!
A lot of the colors are similar to last year,
but there are a few different colors and shades. And a lot of these
colors are pastels, which are always a huge staple for Spring.
Bag/Shirt/Necklace
This is not only a huge color for Spring/Summer but for the rest of the year. Emerald is the color of the year in 2013. So you will defiantly be seeing a lot of this color.
Light blue is the first pastel color trend of this year. I think light blue goes perfect with any other pastel colors, or could be paired with bright neon pieces.
Instead of pastel yellow, neon yellow is huge this year. Neon yellow is quickly becoming one of my favorite colors for Spring/Summer. A bright yellow bag or necklace can add to any outfit, plus its nice to have a pop of color for Spring/Summer!
This lilac/ violet color is another pastel that is popular for Spring/Summer. Like I said above I think this color could go great with any other pastel, or the pastel blue mentioned.
Poppy Red is a bright almost neon red. I love red on its own, but I also love red paired with blue for a nautical feeling!
Nectarine is very similar to the most popular color of last year which was tangerine. Except nectarine is a lighter toned down orange, instead of a bright neon orange.
These are a few of the most popular colors of Spring/Summer 2013. There are a few other colors like grayed jade, nude, and navy that will also be great color for S/S 2013!
